How Advertising Works for You

Insure Oklahoma, Oklahoma’s Employer/Employee Partnership for Insurance Coverage (O-EPIC) will reimburse agents half the cost of approved print and broadcast ads up to $5,000 per month per agent or agency through a co-op advertising program.

Print Advertising

Agents may chose to download a prepared advertising slick and insert their contact information. Ads are available in our media section.
Agents may also choose to create their own ads using the same copy that appears on the slicks mentioned above. Additional guidance for these ads is available in our media guidelines section.

Once the ad is published, send proof of publication along with a copy of your invoice and you will be reimbursed for half the cost up to $5,000 per month.

Broadcast Advertising

Write your script using the same guidelines as print ads. Send your scripts to the Oklahoma Health Care Authority for approval prior to the ad being broadcast. The Insure Oklahoma program will reimburse you up to $5,000 per month per agent or agency and an additional $1,500 per year for any production costs.

Internet Advertising

To qualify for co-op reimbursement for Internet advertising, agents must utilize only these pre-approved banner ads and supply proof of performance, i.e. an online report showing number of impressions delivered, along with a screen grab showing actual ad placement. Agents are allowed to place their name and contact info on the available space on the ads, but other logos are not allowed. Agents will be reimbursed for half the cost up to $5,000 per month.

The Insure Oklahoma, Oklahoma’s Employer/Employee Partnership for Insurance Coverage (O-EPIC), advertising cooperative is continuing.

The program is for broadcast, print and Internet advertising only and does not include direct mail campaigns, billboards, call campaigns, etc.

Agents or agencies are limited to $5,000 per month total reimbursement for all advertising. There is also an additional $1,500 per year for any production costs that is allowed for broadcast advertising. The co-op advertising program is subject to cancellation by the OHCA so please make sure you have your materials and your ad schedules approved in advance by the OHCA.
