Advertisement Guidelines

 Agents who choose to design their own ads should follow the guidelines below to expedite the approval process.


1. The ad must be a minimum of two columns wide and five inches deep.


2. All text of the ad must focus on the Insure Oklahoma, Oklahoma’s Employer/Employee Partnership for Insurance Coverage (O-EPIC), program. You may include your contact name and program affiliation as a qualified agent. However, no other company logos may be displayed in the ad. All print advertisements should include an Insure Oklahoma logo that is a minimum of two inches wide.


3. You must include the Insure Oklahoma logo that can be downloaded in the media section.


4. The colors of the Insure Oklahoma logo may not be altered in any way. However, black & white is acceptable for newsprint.
5. Color ads and direct mail campaigns will not be reimbursed by Insure Oklahoma.
6. Ads must be approved by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority prior to publication in order to be reimbursed.
7. You must use the Insure Oklahoma Web site address as www.insureoklahoma.org
8. Tears sheets (proof of publication) must be submitted to the Oklahoma Health Care Authority along with a copy of the bill for reimbursement.
